Art on the Severn is a Juried Art Show and Sale that is now in its 9th year. Attracting local artists and ones from the surrounding areas. The art show has become a cornerstone of cultural events for Washago! Held at the Washago Community Centre, the Art on the Severn Art Show offers a wonderful variety of art from paintings to photography, wood carvings to stained glass. All of the artists have applied and been selected by a jury of three local artists.

Members of the Washago, Ontario artistic community were invited to create paintings celebrating the best features of the area on oversized wooden paddles.
This is Tama's paddle (Green River Sunset) and it is currently on display on the main street of the village.

Tama created this piece which was included and sold in the 100x100 fundraising event for The Orillia Museum Of Art And History.
